ស្ថានីយទូរទស្សន៍អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ចាប់ផ្ដើមផលិតកម្មវិធីថ្មី កម្មវិធីប្រភេទឯកសារ ដែលមានចំណងជើងថា៖«អព្ភូតហេតុកម្ពុជា»។ សម្រាប់វគ្គ៥ នៃ “កម្មវិធីអព្ភូតហេតុកម្ពុជា ស្តីពីវិស័យកំចាត់មីនកម្ពុជា” នេះ យើងមានភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសគឺ ឯកឧត្តម ហេង រតនា ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយក មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពកំចាត់មីនកម្ពុជា (CMAC) ដែលលោកបានផ្តល់បទសម្ភាសន៍ទាំងស្រុងសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីនេះ។ កម្មវិធីទូរទស្សន៍នេះមានចំណងជើងថា÷ “អព្ភូតហេតុកម្ពុជា” ដែលជាគំនិតផ្ដួចផ្ដើមរួមរបស់បណ្ឌិត កៅ គឹមហួន និងលោកជំទាវ ឃឹម រានី អគ្គនាយិកា ស្ថានីយ៍ទូរទស្សន៍អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជាសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជា គោលដៅនៃកម្មវិធីនេះគឺ ពិនិត្យមើលឡើងវិញ និង ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការរីកចម្រើននៃការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ចាប់ផ្ដើមពីប្រទេស បានឯករាជ្យពីបារាំងនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៥៣ ដោយសង្កត់ទៅលើវិស័យសំខាន់ៗ នៃប្រទេសដូចជា÷ វិស័យកសិកម្ម អប់រំ សុខាភិបាល ព័ត៌មាន ទេសចរណ៍ វិស័យកំចាត់មីនកម្ពុជា ការអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ។ល។ ទោះបីមានសង្រ្គាម និងជំលោះអន្តរាគមន៍បរទេស ប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍និងបដិវត្តន៍ហិង្សាក៏ដោយ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាកន្លងមក បានប្រែក្លាយខ្លួនដោយអព្ភូតហេតុ ក្លាយទៅជាប្រទេសមួយទំនើប ការអភិវឌ្ឍជឿនលឿន និងការប្រែក្លាយកម្ពុជានេះ គេចាត់ទុកថា÷ ពិតជាអព្ភូតហេតុមែន ដូច្នេះកម្មវិធីនេះគឺបានព្យាយាមក្នុងការចងក្រងជា ឯកសារនូវអព្ភូតហេតុកម្ពុជា ទៅលើវិស័យផ្សេងៗដោយឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង ពីការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។ ©រក្សាសិទ្ធិដោយ÷ទូរទស្សន៍អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ ឆ្នាំ២០២១

The Southeast Asia Television (SEATV) is launching a new documentary series program entitled “The Cambodian Miracle.” For this Part 5 of the “Cambodian Miracle on Cambodia Mine Action Center (CMAC) Sector,” we have the guest of honor, His Excellency H.E. Heng Ratana, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of CMAC, who has kindly provided the full interview for this program. This television documentary series program (“The Cambodian Miracle”) is a joint initiative of Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, President of The University of Cambodia (UC), and LCT Khem Rany, Director-General of the Southeast Asia Television (SEATV) and Member of the Board of Trustees of The University of Cambodia. The objective of this program is to review and look at the progress of Cambodia’s development since the country’s independence from France in 1953, by focusing on the key sectors of the country, such as agriculture, education, health, information, tourism, infrastructure development, CMAC, among others. Despite wars and conflicts, foreign interventions, genocide and violent revolution, Cambodia has been able to transform itself miraculously into a modern state. The rapid development and transformation of Cambodia is considered to be truly a “miracle”! Therefore, this program is an attempt to document the Cambodian miracle in the different sectors of development with the emphasis on the recent years.
